His service is amazing and he goes above and beyond to assist. UPS will charge you to tape close your package. Here they do it for you complementary and with no attitude. They are so happy to help and assist. I’ll never go anywhere else to drop off any packages!

My experience was excellent! I needed to mail my passport renewal and they went through it step-by-step to make sure everything was correct. I appreciated how they flagged the photo and check because it didn’t follow the requirements exactly. I highly recommend the Postal Annex for mailing out important documents and more!
