“Got a veggie burrito here that was pretty good. Service was friendly but slightly slow. I expected the burrito to have exactly what was on the menu, but I was surprised by the fact that it had green bell pepper strips in it. I ended up pulling out as much as the bell pepper and strips of onion as possible. Without the bell pepper, this could be an amazing burrito. It's also slightly expensive for the area. The market area is nice, but the pan dulce here was extremely stale. Got a concha and galleta and they were both pretty hard.”

“Dr. Nguyen and his staff stayed late to help me with a medical problem. I tried some new contacts and new contact solution (not prescribed by Dr. Nguyen.) The second day of wear, I experienced burning, tearing and extreme discomfort. I thought it would get better after I took the contacts out, but it didn't. Finally, I called Dr. Nguyen's office. He and his staff stayed late, waiting on me to arrive, and took care of the problem without hurry, though it was after hours. (BTW, it turned out it an allergic reaction to the contact lens solution.) Thank you, Dr. Nguyen!”

“I really can’t say enough good things about Khivi Care and how well they’ve taken care of my aging mother. Khivi is truly remarkable — The home itself is beautiful, more like visiting a friend’s home. It looks and feels like an actual home, which has roommates who spend time together in the common area and aren’t always holed up in their rooms. It also has a lovely garden where folks can enjoy the sun or birdwatch. The house feels clean and fresh and has tasteful decor, so it’s a pleasant atmosphere. They have home cooked organic meals, and even some group activities which doesn’t always happen in a small residential home. My mother's health has improved so much since being there! She was going in and out of the hospital but is now on the mend. The personal care and social group environment has allowed her to both have the personalized attention she needs to stay healthy and well, with lots of social engagement with other residents and staff, but also the freedom to do her own thing if she just wants some alone time. Between meals, physical therapy appointments, doing puzzles, spending time in the garden, and playing an instrument, she stays well engaged and socially connected, more so than when she lived at home. Khivi Care has truly been a blessing!”

“Dr. Christine and her nutritionist Lindsay are thorough, patient and quite knowledgeable. After just a few weeks on a program to eliminate problem foods, reintroduce selectively, and clean out my gut with a mix of nutraceuticals, I am beginning to feel more energy. They cover the whole wellness spectrum, including sleep issues and stress reduction. After each major consultation, I am sent a summary of the notes and recommended steps going forward -- a documented treatment plan and updates. That's something I haven't received from any other medical professional, and it's very helpful in keeping me on the same page with my doctors and on track. Lindsay sent me a list of the 15 foods we agreed I will reintroduce in the next six weeks, and included a list of recipes, so I can be as comfortable as possible with the reintroduction.
