Drop-in service with a smile. Very helpful doctor and assistant. Went to him for a prescription that was perfect. Very happy. No wasted time or nonsense. Reasonable price.
Dr. Nguyen and his staff stayed late to help me with a medical problem. I tried some new contacts and new contact solution (not prescribed by Dr. Nguyen.) The second day of wear, I experienced burning, tearing and extreme discomfort. I thought it would get better after I took the contacts out, but it didn't. Finally, I called Dr. Nguyen's office. He and his staff stayed late, waiting on me to arrive, and took care of the problem without hurry, though it was after hours. (BTW, it turned out it an allergic reaction to the contact lens solution.) Thank you, Dr. Nguyen!
