“My daughter & I have been attending The Music Class for over 2 years now and we absolutely love it! Jessica is a stellar teacher and I love seeing my daughter grow musically. She sings the songs and plays instruments at home and already has a great grasp of keeping the correct beat & pitch. Can’t wait to see how she continues to grow while in this class!”

“Mead Witter School of Music has entertained me for decades. I've attended performances in the old and small but beautiful Music Hall and the adjacent Mosse Humanities Building in the 1960s and beyond, and now also in the amazing Hamel Music Center with its Mead Witter Foundation Concert Hall filled with circles upon circles, and the smaller wood-filled Collins Recital Hall.”

“My son has went here from k-2. Mrs Waterbury (was k teacher now 1st) is a wonderful person and teacher. Mrs Matson (2nd grade) is also amazing. They are great with children and I have been overwhelmingly happy with my experiences with the two. Mrs. Johnson in first grade however was just awful. At first when other parents were telling me she yelled all the time i thought they were exaggerating. When my child was coming home with behavior notes daily I was getting on him everyday about why his behavior had changed so drastically. He started in a different teachers class for first grade but that teacher left mid year which is when he ended up in Mrs Johnson's class. The first half of the year we didn't get a single note home so we thought he was having trouble adjusting. Over time through speaking with others about their experiences with her and first hand observations from other teachers we realized it wasn't our child acting out it was his teacher getting into a job she wasn't ready for. She doesn't seem to enjoy children or even tolerate them. My son was excited to see his old teacher this year and ran up to her excited to say hi and she looked directly at him and walked away. It crushed me to see. If you get her as tour child's first grade teacher I recommend you try switching so you and your child cab experience all the good this school has to offer without your child suffering.”

“My son has attended CCAA since Kindergarten. He is about to start his Jr year. You won't find more dedicated and passionate teachers, counselors and support staff. He likes the smaller school. He is excelling in his classes even with the distance learning and taking concurrent college courses at ARC. During middle school he took advantage of the East Coast Trip to Washington DC & New York City. The consistency of having the same 2 teachers for 7th & same 2 teachers for 8th made the transition from elementary to HS smooth. Great principal & VP that are very involved. UPDATE: My son has almost finished his junior year and is taking both AP Biology and AP Language along with concurrent enrollment at ARC. The counselor has been instrumental in helping him take college courses since 9th grade. He is also on the tennis team for the 2nd year and the PE instructor has done an amazing job bringing more sports opportunities to our students due to a great working relationship with Highlands HS. He is also enrolled in Career Technology Education (CTE) with 2 year commitment to Digital Media. Not only is he learning Photoshop and Adobe but he is also learning how to be a reporter for CCAA News and film news broadcasts and podcasts. He is also taking beginning piano and is looking forward to Jazz Band next year. This is an amazing school with dedicated teachers and staff. Despite parent involvement requirements, it seems like only a handful of involved parents actually are involved and help out. 15 hours of community service is required annually for all students, which I think is awesome and there are lots of opportunities to do so.”

“This organization is great. The staff is excellent on all levels. For those who do not know, they provide mental health therapists to rural schools that can not otherwise afford to accommodate these school's hurting children. Children unfortunately bare the brunt of parents who are abusive, neglectful, or harmful in other ways. Children also have other students to learn to deal with. Bullying in person and through social media can cause injury and pain that can last past their school years. The therapists in this ESU are able to be a safe and friendly ear for these hurting kids. This helps the child to work through and heal from their hurts.”

“My daughter started this school last year and I have nothing but great things to say. They are caring, responsible, and just such amazing people. Miss Christa’s class is just the best She is the kind of teacher that you want for your kids, Someone that you can see and feel That really cares for the children and you can see it through their growth. My daughter has learned so much. She is just three years old and Sometimes I’m amazed myself with the things that she learns at school. She loves to school so much that some weekends she begs to go back to school. They have a schedule calendar every month with activities and fun things to do. They keep you updated throughout the day about what your child is doing, which is great and it gives you a really good peace of mind. overall just a nice place for the kids to be the area is really quiet and safe. The playground is very spacious which I think it’s a great thing so the kids can run around safely. Would 100% recommend this school.”

“Our 8-year-old daughter has been at Alexander for four years now, and it has been a remarkable experience. We chose Alexander because of the Montessori method, and their solid credentials in this field. I cannot stress enough how this school has positively impacted our daughter; she LOVES going to school, she's learning so much academically, but, more importantly, she's learning other key skills, such as leadership, self-confidence, as well as the values of kindness, honesty, and collaboration. Alexander is a school that cares about the children as a whole. When my daughter was in PK4, and kindergarten she would not like to stay still and she constantly wanted to sing and dance. In a regular school, this probably would not have gone well. At Alexander, her extraordinary teacher, Ms. Brenda, provided her the space she needed to do her lessons while allowing her to sing softly and move around. My daughter did extremely well academically, becuase her teachers leaned in to her way of learning, instead of stifling it. Each child learns differently, and they truly embrace that. As parents, we are very fortunate to be part of the Alexander community. We moved to Miami several years ago, and knew almost nobody. Through Alexander, we have met some of our best friends to date. Overall, there is a big sense of community and parents are very involved. If you're looking for a school that is academically very strong, but also cares deeply for your childrens development as whole-hearted and confident, human beings, look no further.”

“I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation and wholehearted recommendation for Tiny Treks Outdoor Preschool, where our 3-year-old has been thriving in an environment that truly embodies the spirit of early childhood education. From the moment we enrolled our child at Tiny Treks, we were immediately impressed by the nurturing and stimulating outdoor environment that the school provides. The emphasis on outdoor learning and exploration has not only enriched our child's physical development but has also fostered a profound sense of curiosity and wonder about the natural world. The dedicated team at Tiny Treks demonstrates an exceptional level of expertise, compassion, and creativity in their approach to early childhood education. They have a remarkable ability to tailor activities and experiences that align with each child's developmental needs, ensuring a well-rounded educational experience that encompasses cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth. One of the standout aspects of Tiny Treks is the emphasis on hands-on learning experiences that encourage our child to engage with nature, develop problem-solving skills, and cultivate a love for learning. The carefully curated outdoor spaces, nature walks, and age-appropriate activities have captivated our child's imagination and instilled a sense of environmental stewardship from a young age. Moreover, the sense of community and collaboration among parents, teachers, and staff at Tiny Treks creates a supportive and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and empowered to explore their interests and talents. In summary, Tiny Treks Outdoor Preschool has exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Our 3-year-old looks forward to each day filled with adventure, discovery, and learning, thanks to the exceptional educators and enriching outdoor environment provided by Tiny Treks. We are confident that the foundation our child is building at Tiny Treks will serve as a springboard for future academic and personal success. We wholeheartedly recommend Tiny Treks Outdoor Preschool to families seeking a unique, enriching, and nurturing educational experience for their young children. Thank you, Tiny Treks, for creating a magical place where our child can grow, learn, and thrive. :)”

“There are no words good enough to express how wonderful Captain Jeff was. He is a most timely professional. He could not do enough to make my boating experience easier for me. In dead extreme low tide he was able to navigate to a fuel station, the cherry on top Sunday is how caring he is. He is a great person. It was not just business. If you need a marine captain or instructor he is your man.”

“I taught here for 7 years, and was loved by the vast majority of children and parents alike. This school is a family- with teachers giving their all to support the differentiated needs of their children. There is a focus on character education as well as academics so students leave caring about themselves and their community. Parents are encouraged to be involved. Some of the below comments amuse me... Clearly a few disgruntled parents venting online. Immature... and misleading. The custodial staff at our school is amazing. As a teacher, I was supposed to ask for help to even move a table, as they didn't want the floors to be scratched. The school is clean, the staff is friendly, the parents are great, the children are well-behaved and amazing, and the teaching methods are creative, engaging, and diverse. Pharr Elementary is a school I'm proud to have taught at!”

“TJ’s Daycare is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my toddler. Tracy treats her like family and my daughter has learned so much since starting there. There’s never a moment where I feel worried when she’s there, because I know she’s receiving exemplary care. It’s such a peace of mind knowing my daughter is well cared for. And the best part? She loves it, too! If you’re looking for a good daycare, then consider TJ’s Daycare. You won’t be disappointed!”
