We have moved many times and this by far was the most reassuring and pleasant move. From scheduling with Nick, who was extremely helpful and attentive to settling and unpacking in our new apartment. Great communication from the beginning. All of our things were treated respectfully, wrapped well, and handled carefully. Job was estimated to take 5-7 hours. They were done in just under 5. One suggestion to make this experience even better would have been a follow up call a day or two later just to check in and make sure everything went well and to get feedback. But again, no issues. “These folks save my life last week. My wife and I are on a trip from Texas to Plymouth, MA and somehow the pin on my breakaway switch came out while we were driving. Our trip was pre-planned and this issue put future reservations in doubt. I did not notice while driving but did notice when we got to our destination. The switch had melted. I called several place and could not get someone to come out to help. I talked to Shelby at the Rover and she stated that their one mobile tech was booked for the forseeable future. However she did say, that she would check to see if some of the techs that don't normally do mobile work could come out. She called back a little while later to let me know that they could have one at our site early in the morning. They showed up on time (three of them). Two guys worked on the electricial stuff which turned out to be more than just the switch. The wiring in back of the switch was fried and there was a short near the brakes. While they fixed that another young man inspected the brakes and bearing on all four wheels - repacking the bearings as he went along. They finished before noon and we were back on our trip. I can't say enough about the service we received. Shelby help get them to us and then they took care of everything. Great guys that know what they are doing. If you need service in the Midlothian, Cleburne TX area, I highly recommend Rover.”

“Staff here is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Cameras above unit to make sure your stuff is safe! They are very aware and called us when our storage unit was locked improperly. Water fountains are available in case you get thirsty while loading. Building is clean and air conditioned. Definitely recommend!!”

“Low Budget Movers of Coolidge, AZ did a wonderful job of moving my belongings. I had to reschedule twice. They accommodated me happily. The two men moving were kind, polite and quick as lightening. I moved from one home to another and I have a storage unit. On this move I didn’t do the storage unit, too much in one day for movers. Last company the was not happy with me BUT these guys said I could have done it all in one day. They never lost their kindness or good humor.
