  We needed to move a portion of our household goods to a nearby two-bedroom apartment while the new home we bought is being renovated over several months. The crew showed up on time (actually, even a little bit early!) and hit the ground running the morning of the move. The team was professional, efficient, careful and got us moved out of our old home and into the new apartment the same day. Nothing was broken and the items that required some disassembly where perfectly put back together. The crew was excellent and the price very fair.

  We had the most incredible experience with Alpha moving & storage. Romy and his crew were respectful, friendly, and quick! We have moved many times and this by far was the most reassuring and pleasant move. From scheduling with Nick, who was extremely helpful and attentive to settling and unpacking in our new apartment. Great communication from the beginning.
  
  All of our things were treated respectfully, wrapped well, and handled carefully. Job was estimated to take 5-7 hours. They were done in just under 5.
  
  One suggestion to make this experience even better would have been a follow up call a day or two later just to check in and make sure everything went well and to get feedback. But again, no issues. Very professional and successful move. Thanks again to Nick, Romy, and his crew.

  Alpha packed and moved us on the same day, provided conditioned storage for 3 months, and then moved us in. I cannot say enough about their responsiveness, integrity, and care in moving our belongings. Our move out was unplanned due to a flood and most of our belongings were water damaged. Alpha not only showed up same day but helped sort through items for salvage. 3 months later everything arrived as expected. Price wise they’re competitive and flexible. If you want total white glove you got it. If you want a “regular” move that’s also fine. Alpha will take care of your belongings in a move better than you can - they’re the best movers I’ve ever hired.

  Alpha recently helped me with my mid May move! Fantastic group of movers who were responsive, respectful of my belongs and my time. They showed up exactly at my scheduled moving time and actually ended up moving my stuff into the new place an hour faster than expected.
  
  No feedback necessary in regards of improvements. Truly positive experience overall! Additionally, nothing they moved during the process was damaged or broken.
  
  Will definitely be using them for any future moves and recommending them to friends.
  
  I advise people to use there video chat estimation service as it really helps get the estimation for moving services to be very close to the final price.
  
  Also just as a quick note that staff actually facilitating and scheduling the moves are incredibly respectful and responsive. Any questions I had they quickly answered or followed up via email. 5/5 moving experience from beginning to end!

  During a difficult week with unplanned events, I had to change the date of my move last minute. Alpha was extremely accommodating & was able to reschedule for another day that week. Everyone from the booking team to the movers were fantastic! They truly made me feel at ease at a time that could’ve been super stressful. The team packed and handled my belongings so efficiently and with great care! If you are looking to move, do not bother calling another company.. Alpha is the only choice!
