We appreciated the follow-up call verifying that we, indeed, wanted the smaller capacity Wine Guardian. All of my questions were answered regarding dimensions and reinstallation needs. A good check on whether we were selecting the right unit. Further follow-up emails kept us abreast of shipping dates, etc. All a very solid experience and well deserving of a positive review. “My wife and I got our first storage unit. The customer service upon entry was excellent! The manager and employees have been very kind to us. The exterior and interior are extremely clean! This location allows customers to enter until 10 pm (after their 6 pm closing). The inside is nice and cold. We are glad our items are stored here. Highly recommended location.”

“Update: 04/13/2023 The district manager for this facility called me today. He is checking into why there was no lock on my unit and refunded my money for this past month, as well as, also replacing my lock. I am very satisfied with the outcome of this situation. And appreciate the timely consideration of the district manager with this issue. My lock was cut that I PAID $20 for, AND NO WHERE IN THE CONTRACT DOES IT SAY THAT YOU CUT LOCKS!! YOUR COMPANY LEFT MY STORAGE UNIT EXPOSED TO THEFT AND SOMEONE WAS INSIDE MY UNIT BECAUSE THE CUT LOCK WAS LEFT INSIDE THE UNIT!! No other company owned lock was put in its place either! I tried several times to make a payment online but it kept declining my card and I called and spoke to someone about the issue before the lock was ever cut back in March! I moved out of state and therefore was unable to in person make a payment until April 11th. I’m extremely upset about this and will be leaving a negative review online and social media!”

He went above and beyond making what is already a very stressful situation,moving, and during the holidays no less which is extra stressful and he took them extra steps to make sure that everything was easier for me. I got multiple units which I ordered online so the units were all across the facility and Robert without me even asking moved my units so that they were in the same building right near each other. He was so delightful to engage with he was professional and courteous and knowledgeable and really went the extra mile and I can not express my gratitude enough. It is refreshing to get that extra little bit of help to make things run smooth no matter what time of year but especially during the holidays when hectic is just a part of everyday for all of us.
