Hot food real good to be honest the flavor was better a few years ago but has changed not terrible just not as good. But and this is very important of all the local North Gates this is the one with the best taste and the best bread in my opinion. They have a cornbread that's like a pie this place has the best tasting one ever. The staff is really good at helping people and sometimes the coke will offer you a recipe if he is in the mood or has time. The produce I can't even tell you how good it is it's very fresh never disappointing I come here many times a month just to pick up little odds and ends to make a delicious meal for the family.”

After lunch, I said that we'd go over to the local Piggly Wiggly & buy him some groceries before going our separate ways. Great store with good sales but the best part of our experience was the kind and helpful woman overseeing the self checkouts. Not only was she helpful, she was very kind & showed appreciation for her job & the customers. Customer service has gone downhill in recent years so it's always a breath of fresh air to receive great service these days. Your store is very lucky to have an employee like her. We were at the store on 8/11/23 & checked out at 3:26pm!! My son even said upon leaving that she was so helpful & nice. Please thank her from us for making a difference ☺️!!! “I love Family Dollar for pretty much EVERYTHING I need. And for Christmas they have the cutest decorations, extremely cute different size Boxes for gifts, alot of great little gifts for kids/toddler's. The arts and crafts section is always my favorite. Their clothes and shoes are usually always on some kind of sale, and they actually last for a long time. Great customer service as well! I go to the one in Folsom instead of the one in my hometown. Bigger selection of everything.”

“Nice small town feel with a decent selection without having to drive to Lubbock to get 2 or 3 small items. And now they even cook custom pizzas to order too! If you haven't been in there in a while you owe it to yourself to stop in and give them a look. The smell of the pizzas cooking will catch you right away. They also take call in orders if you want your pizza ready when you pull up. Or place your pizza order as soon as you arrive to shop and by the time your grocery shopping is done your fresh pizza might be ready. It's not big city but I'm really glad we have them in Abernathy as a choice.”
