“I'm a 61 year old man and I took my 22 year old son (my bucket list, a Christmas gift for him) for our first riding lesson (our first time on a horse actually). What a great experience! Paige is the consummate instructor - patient and knowledgeable and it's apparent that she loves her horses. Under Paige's watchful eye, we brushed, saddled, rode and treated our horses (Sweets and Echo) with carrots. My son even got to take care of the present that Echo left him! “Quaint, adorable cabin in the mountains of Florissant. The backyard is stunning with a water fall coming down the rock formation, a fire pit, outdoor seating and privacy fence. Outside the gate you’ve got a path right up into the mountains. The rock formations are incredible! Also the owner has placed four chairs for watching the sunset atop the boulders. The interior is small but has high ceilings giving the place a cozy feel that’s not too small. There is one spacious bedroom and one spacious bathroom. In the main living area you’ve got a pullout couch and two additional love seats. There’s a full functioning kitchen with dining table and also an outdoor grill. Perfect for small families! It’s 100% worth it. Great family getaway in the beautiful Rockies.”

The Sammon family has the incredibly hard to find blend of expertise, high standards, kindness, and encouragement. Our daughters have been training here for six years and we board our horse here as well. To say we feel like we found gold is understatement.
