“Absolutely amazing accommodations. I would highly recommend Sandcastle. We had a one bedroom condo with an amazing view of the pool and the gulf. It was extremely clean and well appointed. There were his and her closets in the bedroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates and cups, coffee mugs, flatware, pots and pans, toaster, blender, and many other kitchen essentials. Our unit had a washer and dryer as well. They start you off with one roll of paper towels and some kitchen towels. They give you a fresh unopened, kitchen sponge, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher tablets. If we ran out of something, we just ask at the front desk, and they happily replenished. If you’re gonna wash clothes you will need to bring your own laundry soap. The staff and everyone we talk to that worked there was very, very friendly. All the restaurants and shops are close by. Everything is within a five minute drive time. We did not get a golf cart but purchased a $12 beach pass because you can drive right up on the beach. We will be back 😄”

“We love staying at Intercoastal. We had stayed 2 years ago and loved it so we decided to come back. Close proximity to the beach, nice quaint family oriented area. Beautiful white sand and clear water. Definitely recommend. Only "complaint" is the size of the pool, but with only a few condos, we never felt overcrowded.”

“Awesome day trip! We did the 4 hour float via river tube and it was only $25. Free parking, they drop you off and pick you up, cooler tubes for $5, life vests on request, dressing rooms & bathrooms on site. Very friendly, well-run company. I’ve never floated the Bogue Chitto but I did a river float in Hot Springs, Arkansas a few years back and this was way more relaxing and organized. Easy float that would be kid friendly (would probably do the two hour one though) since there’s not too many obstacles/rapids and lots of beaches to stop at. Took me less than a 1.5 hours to get here from NOLA and took my friends about 1.5 to get here from BR.10/10 recommend this and I will definitely be back!”

“Madison Arena is a really excellent trainer. After having some harrowing incidents with horse riding, she was so patient about helping me back into the saddle and riding comfortably and confidently again (even back to being ok jumping!) She is also very well educated on horses themselves and horse welfare as all of her horses are beautifully taken care of and no corners are ever cut. I would trust any one of my friends and family in her training program, regardless of their abilities or age!”
