“Okay! I get it now! I took my dog back because somehow she became sick with Parco. I was on vacation and had a pet sitter. I was like, whats all this blood? I took her in and said, what going on, you gave me a full bill of health. I notice that this was a different doctor. She said but did you know that they had to be de-wormed every month? I'm like, thats what I pay you for the $ 200 bucks a visit. Then shes like, well she might die, I need to put her in the hospital for $600.00. I'm like crying having a panic attack and all. I ask another clerk to bring me a glass of red wine. I couldn't drink it. I called my son crying and he said mom listen to me, leave and come home. When the clerk came back in she said; have you made a decision about, which care you want to go with? She told me that if I didn't want hospital care, they could give me supportive out-patient care for $125.00 a day. Also, that they would treat her today and gave me this bill enclosed. I said nope! I need to go home, the clerk then, started saying, then let us give her a Convenia, or we can give her a SC Fluid for $50 bucks today. I walked out paid my bill at the counter, finding that they had over billed my account. I said no , re-check your prices. Then the clerk said that he's sorry but they took the credit card machine and had to figure it out himself. Then the clerk told me that I need to pick my dog up so that she would not spread parvo in the clinic. I said, I will not pick her up, I walked her in here and I will walk her out. What a freaking nightmare.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jones, Dr. Kari, Sam, and all of the staff at Vet Select Novi! My dog is dog reactive and selective about being handled. They helped me be sure the lobby would be clear so we could go to and leave the exam room without issue. They sat with my dog and fed her treats and made her comfortable before her exam. They supported our choice to muzzle for appointments without assuming my dog is bad or aggressive. When I called in a few weeks ago about some minor symptoms in my dog, the admin staff were very helpful about letting me know at what point to make an appointment. My dog recovered on her own and Vet Select called the next day to follow up. Most impactful of all, they were very thorough in all of their explanations of medicine costs, vaccine options, and training resources in the area. At each appointment so far, the doctors, vet techs, and admin staff have taken the time to build a relationship with my dog as well as my partner and I. I absolutely recommend Vet Select Novi!”

From Stephanie at the front desk who set my appointment & checked us out-fantastic, made me feel special-to the super sweet and patient Lindsey, vet tech-to the caring and knowledgeable vet, Zoe Sillitoe,DVM-I am amazed at their client service. Also, they bestowed so many dental & vitamin treats on Boba that he wasn't quite so hating the vet office environment. So glad I found a new veterinarian's office that found a way to control Boba's near constant scratching! Turns out all my concerns seem related to allergies including his dry, cracking and malformed nostrils. My previous vet didn't make the connection causing unnecessary and prolonged discomfort which I find outrageous. NO SCRATCHING only 2 days into the prescribed treatment. Well worth paying a little bit more for peace of mind and a Happy Boy! I was also impressed that they automatically scheduled a two-week appointment check up to see how everything is working out for us. Never had that happen before in three decades of fur babies and vets. “I will forever use the vets at this establishment. I drive over 30 minutes to see them because they are so fantastic. I’ve never met a team of such kind, caring, and compassionate people. They’ve helped me with all of my own pets and so many of my foster pets so many times. Almost all of my visits are on short notice for sick or injured animals, but they always find a way between all 5 of their clinics. They explain everything going on with my animals in such detail so I really get an understanding for it, and always keep me updated on their treatment. I just genuinely love them. They are worth any drive to any of their clinics. Some of my favorites are Dr. Hofstetter, Dr. Fink, Dr. Jackwood, Dr. Davis, and (I’m going to butcher this, but) Dr. Stutz. “I took my cat who is now a year old and has a history of ulcers in his eyes. He is strictly an indoor cat, is very shy, and he has spent his entire life confined to my home and preferably underneath my bed. So in terms of anxiety he is far on the spectrum and has literally been physically sick from going to the vet. I was highly impressed that we were allowed in the exam room to watch Dr. Faber do the entire exam, he carefully looked at my cats eyes with his equipment meanwhile the entire time my cat sat so quietly. They were so sweet and gentle and the office was very quiet which was a great atmosphere for my cat who is petrified of loud noises. Thank you Dr faber and staff for making this visit fast, easy, and painless.”
