“Our miniature dachshund Hunter got suddenly sick with GI track last week, and this awesome emergency clinic was the closest for us to take him to. Dr. Madison and the whole team couldn’t have been nicer! They made sure Hunter was well taken care of all the time and we were informed about his progression. He had to stay at the clinic for at least 8 hours on IVF fluids and other testing. Since we just relocated from MD and Hunter is never used to new people and environment, it got very emotional. However, we knew he is in good hands and where he needs to be to get better. It was a very hard day. Since he is our baby, we would like to thank the whole team from the bottom of our hearts for taking care of him and nurse him back to health! Thank you for being so kind to every animal that comes through your door, for being so professional, hardworking, caring and loving!”

“This was the first time I boarded my two dogs for a prolonged time period (let alone a new boarding facility). The staff was so compassionate and attentive to my pups. Unfortunately, on the second day my Standard Poodle had Diarrhea (likely due to anxiety associated with a new boarding facility) and I was so impressed that Natalya called me to make me aware of the situation and ask my directive on how to proceed. Based on the photographs shared on social media, I could tell my pups were having a blast. “Millie is the BEST groomer ever! I took my old dear cat to Millie for about the last year of her life when she was no longer able to groom herself and was getting mats. Millie was so respectful of my cat's needs and kind to her. I just was in there with my mother in law's dog who is super "special" and nervous. “Edit to Add: After speaking with the Practice Manager, Courtney, I’m updating my review to 5 stars. I very much appreciated the thorough investigation of what happened with my dog’s medication - she took an entire day to investigate before reaching out to me. She also made me feel like she was genuinely concerned with the issue and reassured me there would be policy changes to ensure this does not happen again. I’ve worked in customer service for the last 8 years. Mistakes happen. How you handle the mistakes is what matters, and I feel this was handled amazingly. Thank you - we would definitely come back! I want to preface this review by saying we used Bartow Animal Hospital for YEARS before moving down to Marietta and were extremely pleased - 5 pets went to them over the years for vetting & boarding. I do not typically write reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience. We recently used Bartow for boarding our 2 dogs because our current vet did not have availability. One of our dogs takes medication daily plus had additional medication for an ear infection he was diagnosed with just before boarding. I sent all medication, properly labeled, and discussed it upon drop off. The ear medication was brand new, unopened, applicator not attached. After returning home, the ear medication was still brand new, unopened, applicator not attached. I called to ask what happened. The person that answered the phone said it was marked off as administered, so she also asked the tech who administered it to confirm what happened. The tech stated that there was a dog boarding next to my dog that had the same medicine and that's what was used accidentally. First, what are the odds that a dog next to my dog has the same medicine? Second, what are the odds that same dog was there the entire duration of my dog’s stay to use the same medicine from 11/3-11/8? This is completely unacceptable. I’m glad the other medication my dog takes daily was packaged with his food bags. I fear that if it wasn’t, it would not have been given.”
