It is walk in only and it was very busy. Even though they were extremely busy, staff was courteous and friendly. We were there for a euthanasia. They provided the comfort and time we needed. Would definitely recommend this place

I want to give them 5 stars but I can't because I can't make an appointment. I so wish you would adopt an appointment schedule for routine care. I think it would make pet owners, pets and even your employees happier. We have been going here for 8 plus years and walking in was no issue before covid now walk in is no less then 2 hours. We have put off routine care because we have to set aside a half a day to bring both our pups in. The staff is great but the wait is awful. My pups love going here too because the staff is so great. Reading all your reviews I think many agree appointments are needed!

The wait was worth it!! Having a walk-in schedule can be difficult to be seen the moment your pet needs care. It took me a couple of days but the front desk staff gave me places that could get my dog in if it was an emergency. My dog was not in an emergency situation so I waited a few hours and called in to check if they could get my dog seen for his annual appointment. The staff was courteous and accommodating in person and on the phone even when having to turn patients away due to being over booked.
I appreciate the all the staff and their dedication to pets of all kinds. The veterinarian that saw my dog was great and I appreciate all the time she took to answer my questions. I am thankful for this place and the staff that make this office my first choice!! My advise is be patient and be flexible!!

Time and time again they have helped my animals quickly and for a very fair price. I recommend them up and down, especially over frontier. The quality of care is just so much higher, and they are much more efficient!

Edit: I recently lost my cat and they handled the cremation and process with such love and care. Couldn't be more thankful

We've been going here for years and we love them. Everyone was friendly, professional and efficient. They don't take appointments and I know that some people don't like that but it works really well for me since I'm not really much of a planner. It also means you see the first vet available, but we've been very happy with all of the vets there over the years. I love that they don't try to upsell you constantly and are very respectful of your financial limits, but clearly have any resources that you need or want. We went on Saturday of a holiday weekend so they were short-staffed vet-wise and one of the 2 there got sit and had to leave, but they kept us well-informed on how long it would be and it honestly didn't take any longer than we expected. The exam was quick and efficient, all our concerns were addressed, our Cooper got his vaccines and they did a blood draw for a full senior panel and we were on our way. The check-out person even asked about my husband's status as a veteran and gave him a discount (which I never knew they offered). Always a great experience there and I definitely recommend them.
