I was looking for my first home, and Matt Alita made it a far easier experience than it normally would have been. Before the home search process begun, he went over the process of buying a home so I knew some of what I was getting into before even looking for the first home. Then went through different homes in the next day so we could filter out exactly what I want/don't want once the search process begun. Answered my phone/texts on time and offered actual honest advice. He often got in touch with the financial advisor related to the mortgage to ease the process, especially during the closing period where I needed to get a lot of things done in a short time. I'll be recommending him when my friends start looking to purchase a home from now on.

Kathy Talbot brought a level of professionalism and kindness to our home buying experience that we didn't know existed.
