(September 20, 2022, 2:59 pm)Stepping into the studio is an experience in itself. The ambiance is amazing. It's modern and clean. The classes challenge you no matter what level you are at. Cold water is provided which is a bonus. The best part is the cold cloth at the end! Highly recommend!

(March 2, 2020, 5:40 pm)Love this studio and the instructors. They offers different styles of classes including warm or hot. Book the classes and purchase class passes through their app. They have a shower available if you are heading somewhere after class. Infused water, blocks and towels provided. The location is a bit far away, but it's worth the drive in my opinion. If they had a second location on the other side of the city (say Lasalle) it would be fantastic.
