“I am continually impressed by the quality of care my family and I receive at every visit with Dr. Mayer. Lexi and Rob are so friendly and wonderful and make me feel very comfortable. I had some issues with the lenses and frame that I chose, and when I returned a couple of weeks later with my children for their appointments, Lexi asked me how I was doing with my new glasses and I told her what my issues were. I was taken care of immediately and was able to choose a new frame and Scott is going to make some adjustments to the lenses so they work better for me. Lexi is so talented at what she does-as soon as I told her I wasn’t happy with how the frame looked on me, she already had a new frame in mind that she thought I would like better, and it’s the one my daughters both thought looked great on me compared to any other ones I tried on! I am continually impressed by the care and customer service at Eye Smile and I highly them.”
