“Tom installed a heating unit, that required new wiring, to my outside closet that holds the furnace/ac in a condo. He ran the electrical across the apt into the panel. Not an easy job and he took time to hide the wires by going through walls and ceiling. Did a great job and it passed city inspection with no problem. Tom is prompt in responding to calls or texts, he is on time and informs you when he will be there. He spends the time to explain what he is doing and why it has to be done that way.
