Great personal service. The grouting in our travertine tile floor was dirty and in some areas the grouting was worn and coming loose revealing the original lighter colour. Andy, the owner, supervised the job personally and tried spot cleaning with an alcaline cleaner to ensure no damage to the delicate grouting. The hydro-force system restored the floor to near original condition.
