They answered my call in a very professional manner. They were polite and courteous and booked a technician for appointment in the middle of winter when our furnace was not giving heat. The technician was absolutely the same way as well as very knowledgeable. He even explained what was wrong, how he could fix the problem and did so in a manner which I understood.
