Tim Hortons

We went in to this location on Saturday the Oct 7th, Thanksgiving weekend. It was VERY busy, drive thru and in the lobby. While I did wait inside for a bit for our order, I did not mind. The staff was quick, organized and efficient and knew their jobs. Everyone was pleasant and had smiles. I was thanked for my patience by the staff member, and the food was well prepared. I was thoroughly impressed with this location.

Maurice waited on us at the counter and was delightful. I’m from Florida and wasn’t familiar with the menu and she went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my order. She’s definitely a positive asset to this location!

Tim Hortons started a chain of restaurants to spread his dream of hot liquid and circle shaped sugary treats across Canada. What's happened is they are serving whiney easy to perturb people with any iota of deviance, yet still maintain composure to order and deal with the chaos of town central. This is a Tim Hortons. They do a perfectly good job of doing what's expected of them. It's downtown. You already know it'll be busy. I'm confident the only person who will read this is the staff working there. Thank you.
