“We went in to this location on Saturday the Oct 7th, Thanksgiving weekend. It was VERY busy, drive thru and in the lobby. While I did wait inside for a bit for our order, I did not mind. The staff was quick, organized and efficient and knew their jobs. Everyone was pleasant and had smiles. I was thanked for my patience by the staff member, and the food was well prepared. I was thoroughly impressed with this location.”

“All the sweets I've ever had from this place are awesome. They have new flavours of pie/cheesecake every month, so my friend and I make a point to stop there at least once a month! “I've been working near this Tim Hortons for quite a while now, and I've come to rely on it for my breaks, lunches, and breakfasts. The convenience of having this Tim Hortons close by has been a lifesaver during busy workdays. Overall, I've had a positive experience, thanks to the generally friendly and inviting environment, as well as the attentive staff. The majority of the staff at this Tim Hortons are exceptionally friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's always nice to step in and be greeted by familiar faces, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. However, there has been a slight hiccup that has been bothering me lately. There is a new staff member, I believe her name is Laydia or Ladia, who has not been providing the same level of friendliness and efficiency as the rest of the team. I understand that everyone needs time to adapt to their new role, but unfortunately, my interactions with her have left a lot to be desired. The main issue is her approach to taking orders and the time it takes for her to prepare them. On several occasions, she has taken orders in a less-than-friendly manner, and the time it takes for her to prepare the order seems much longer than usual. What's more concerning is that she has consistently missed my order, which can be quite frustrating, especially when I'm on a tight schedule during my break. Mistakes happen, but having the same issue repeatedly raises concerns about the level of attention to detail and customer service. I truly hope that the management of this Tim Hortons takes note of this issue and addresses it promptly.”

“Our experiences here at this location vary. I’ve been here a lot, and oftentimes, there seems to be cardboard boxes and shipment near the entrance walkway. Although it doesn’t bother me, it doesn’t look as pleasing to the eye in comparison to other Presotea locations. The younger male worker is quite kind and helpful in terms of service, but the older male worker isn’t (so it really is dependent on who serves you). The drinks itself are really well made. I highly recommend the mango coconut slush. The coconut itself does not overpower the mango, and is a nice combination all in all. The price in comparison to other bubble tea locations are a bit more expensive, but I suspect it has to do with its larger size and the use of real fruit. In addition, this location has free parking and often isn’t as busy as the one on Wyandotte. Overall, I would recommend Presotea if you enjoy real fruit in your drinks.”

The owner, Tanya was so accommodating, I mixed it up and used the sweet tangy sauce and it was mind blowing. It was a good sized portion and I'll definitely get it again. “Absolutely hands down the best food I have had in a long while! The menu is unique and caters to many different tastes. I ordered the pink lady chicken and waffles for myself and an oxtail platter with rice and peas and festival. I also couldn't help myself and got some plantain and corn bread for good measure. Food was delivered hot and fresh and in sturdy packaging. Now I have never tried chicken and waffles before but let me tell you....this sandwich is something I will not forget any time soon! The flavour is bursting from it.....it has creamy coleslaw and a sauce on the sandwich and your syrup on the side and I found myself forgetting about the syrup because it was so good without lol. I could only finish half personally. My boyfriend also enjoyed his oxtail...the rice was perfect and the meat was tender and flavourful. He says he would definitely order it again and thats saying something because he is picky. I already can't wait to try something new. Thanks for providing us with something new and we look forward to experiencing so much more!”

I've tried the coconut milk tea with brown sugar tapioca and jellies.. the tapioca was hard, and a bunch stuck together in chunks. Also tried the strawberry banana tea with bursting bobas... that one was delicious. Over all drinks are decent. Only one girl working when I went. “Lots to like here... - My daughter and I visited after Softball practice on April 11th - She convinced me to use the kiosk, even though I didn't want to because I'm an old grumpy Dad that doesn't like to try new things lol. Anyways, the kiosk worked really well, and it very easily logged into my Panera account which I hadn't used in a while. A lot of places have some type of rewards program, but they never seem to work well. This was not the case for Panera......WELL DONE. - We got our food very quickly - It was delicious as always at Panera - The restaurant was very clean - The Manager working at that time was FANTASTIC. He went around checking on people, making sure everything was okay. He was running orders out to the mobile pickup. He was offering to take care of people's dishes when they were finished. He was just FANTASTIC. - GREAT JOB......keep up the good work.”

“Unfortunately, we had to cancel our wedding due to COVID concerns just before Gov. Brown *rightfully* banned gatherings. It broke me in a million ways but our loved ones health was more important than our one selfish day of celebration. While I realize that I don't have any experience with this venue during or after an event, what I do have experience with is their kind, generous and human first approach to running the venue. I naturally ask 8432678 questions and Ahsamon was always so extremely helpful, kind and informative. I never once felt like my questions were too much or unwelcomed. She was so nice and I really appreciated her during an extremely stressful time. She was amazing and I cannot express enough how much I appreciate her direct yet compassionate approach. Director Mike was also extremely helpful in helping us in the venue process. So thank you from the bottom of my heart. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a slew of reasons *when we are able to safely get back to doing so.* Through COVID you truly see who cares about the people, about the humans and who cares more about profits and selfish gains. This venue cares about the people. Always choose people over profits. We are currently in a time where that is up for debate. Make your dollar count. Choose compassion.”
