Dr Owens is an amazing physician. She always responds to my email questions within a few hours and has taken last minute appointments to see my kids when they are not well (which is way too often!). She cares for my family greatly and shows true compassion. She's very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and always on time for our appointments. We are so happy to have found her when we moved to windsor.
