Gina is an amazing mentor and teacher. She knows how to push her students to their edge while allowing them to listen to what their bodies need. She is incredibly knowledgeable and taking her teacher training was an amazing experience!
I have been practicing Yoga for over 13 years and Gina is by far one of the best Yoga instructors I 've ever had. She connects with her students and tailors her classes to match what each one needs individually. She understands that we are all different and unique and therefore so is our practice. I am also taking her 200HR Yoga Teacher Training 2020 course and feel absolutely blessed to be learning so many techniques and receiving an immense amount of invaluable information that I will carry with me for life. Gina rocks!
