We also met Richard the manager who not only helped on the floor but also helped with the unit when I picked it up. He went out of his way to make us feel like important customers and helped make our purchase and pick up easy and quick. “Barry S from the Home Depot Store at Division was awesome. I believe he works in Lighting Department. He assisted in helping me find outdoor spot lights. We previously purchased a set 2 weeks prior and found out there was only 7 left in the store the following week. Barry S assisted us with looking for them, since he was busy assisting other customers, he decided to take my number down and to call me when he found them. A couple hours later he called me said he located 2 and put them aside for us. We returned that same night to purchase them. Great customer service. He went well beyond his way to assist. Will shop at Home Depot more often just based on the experience with Barry S.”

“Seems to be family owned private establishment. You can good items there. 2 years ago we bought 2 couches and they are durable. Also bought a carpet. They have good collection of carpets. Little aggressive in sales tactics but hey, that's you get the items sold. Got 2 beds for my kids too and got a good deal. Nice service in installing and delivering as well.”
