“Our mom passed away this week. While at Heron Terrace,she received the best compassionate care we could imagine. In fact, when she was at the hospital last week she wanted to go back to her home because the staff was so nice to her. Every staff member seemed to know and recognize her when we went on our walks. Both mom and dad, who visited every day, were treated like family. What a phenomenal group of employees, especially in Shallows Lane!”
