“I can't relate to people when they say they hate going to the dentist--Dr. Saad is my favourite doctor to visit. His staff are an absolute delight and run his office extremely well with very little wait times and very pleasant attitudes. My cleanings are always very thorough and I look forward to gaining any new tips that will elevate my oral hygiene. I recently had a crown replaced on my front tooth and Dr. Saad made sure the lab got the shape and shade exactly right; he knew it would bother me if it wasn't perfect so he insisted on sending it back and forth a few time to make sure it was an absolute perfect match, and i could not be happier with the results. His dental assistant Sam is positively the best at what she does; with every visit I grow more impressed by her knowledge, work ethic and attitude. She's always prepared and knows what Dr. Saad is going to ask for before he's even said or done anything. She acts as a great second set of eyes and offers her well rounded opinion when she thinks a slight adjustment needs to be made (I think she deserves a nice bonus this year). Dr. Saad feeds my curiosity and explains every step of the process to me. He is every well versed in his field and is so knowledgable about which materials are best suited for each unique case and his office is always equipped with the latest technology so you're always getting the best care possible. I genuinely look forward to my dentist appointments and will always recommend Saad Dentistry.”

“I will admit that I was nervous to have my surgery with Dr. Masse after reading some reviews. I was referred to him after my wisdom tooth caused an infection, and my dentist recommended removing all four of my wisdom teeth. After having my consultation and surgery, I found Dr. Masse quite pleasant. Itvwas refreshing to see how succinct he was with the information you need, and it put me at ease. I never once was he arrogant, instead he was quite sympathetic to the pain I was in. He gave me multiple opportunities to ask questions, and even apologized for having to reschedule my initial surgery date last minute due to a staff emergency. All in all, Dr. Masse is confident, empathetic, and concise, and I appreciate the level of professionalism he keeps.”

“Dr. Kadri is by far the BEST DENTIST IN WINDSOR! I have followed him to multiple locations after many poor experiences with other dental offices. Happy to see him opening his very own office! I can’t say enough good things... He treats every patient like family and does personal follow ups and even makes sure your not overcharged! Seriously who does that?! He never makes you feel embarrassed about your smile... and mine was pretty bad. Rather than pulling more teeth he has helped me save what I left. I can smile again! He’s even got my husband going back to the dentist again! We are both no longer in any pain and look forward to the end results. We are also discussing implant options for my spaces to stop my gums from reseeding any more. “Came here for my booster. It took forever, but I was happy that I waited. They had a snag where they did not have me down for the booster. She asked did I have the right place. I showed her on my phone and it was the correct place. The nurse was super friendly and apologized for the wait. We love that this store has more healthy food/snack options vs. the other CVS stores. Had to return an item to another store and the mang said he never saw the item. He informed us they have more unique healthy items as compared to his store and other locations. That was nice to know and made us appreciate this CVS even more! They are in a nice and safe shopping center. Parking is spacious. We love their late hours as well.”
