Less than an hour, after an oil change at my local dealership, the heat shield under the engine, came loose and began dragging. This location was closest to me at the time. They put it up on the hoist and reinstalled the heat shield properly at no charge. Incredibly friendly, this is what customer service is all about. Will definitely be reaching out to this location for tires and service in the future!

Just got my front ball joint, control arm and rear brakes done on my Mazda CX5. Brian's integrity is really apparent. He is very kind, understanding and has a great demeanour - a top notch customer service representative! Beverly Tire is very honest in assessing what is required without upselling and their prices are better than the quotes I received from the Mazda dealership.
