Took a vehicle in for a safety inspection. I gave it a quick once over before hand, new brake pads etc. Everything else
Seemed solid.
The vehicle passed the inspection with no padding of the bill attempted or suggested. Making the appointment was easy and the car was ready at the end of the day. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Brought my car into Clausen’s to have them check out a clunking noise coming from the bottom of my car. Despite them being very busy (tire season) they made time to look at my car anyways. Ultimately, after thorough diagnostics, they were unable to find any major issues. This was my first time coming into Clausen’s but it won’t be my last. The man I dealt with, Ed I think his name was? Seemed very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They only charged me 20$ for diagnostics, and it easily would of been 100$+ at another dealership. A great first time experience.
