Quality Inn & Suites

For a 2 star hotel this place beats many other higher end hotels hands down! Our room was wonderful! Clean, modern and comfortable! The pool is renovated and really clean, we were the only family swimming in it at the time we went which was nice. I would however advise that the ac be turned down to 75 because it's too cold when you get out of the pool for any reason. Service was great. Breakfast can't complain but the eggs, sorry those were awful. Great location, steps to Harvey's, Swiss chalet, Tim's and most of all the beautiful waterfront! Even though the weather was terrible when we went my kids still enjoyed dipping their legs in the water and playing in the sand! All in all I'd gladly give this place a high rating especially for the price with breakfast! Thanks staff and management, we will definitely be staying again in the future!

Me and my sister stayed in this hotel for a 3 day visit to Hamilton.
We were very impressed with the service and the quality of care that was offered during our stay.
The customer service was great and every staff member was very courteous and informative about the area and gave us very good information for visitors that don't know the area.
They have made many upgrades to the hotel brand new breakfast area/ meeting room a heated pool and a very comfortable lobby with a computer station for visitors use.
The room was very clean and comfortable and was maintained professionally by house keeping staff that offered excellent service.
I will definitely stay again as it was very affordable too!
