(January 23, 2020, 9:30 pm)Panera is a great restaurant and this location delivered on the quality expected. I gave it four stars because of the limited size and the limited parking.
This location is about one third the size of a normal Panera, so be prepared that seating is limited. With the amount of offices around this location it seems to cater to the to-go orders instead of people dining-in. To accommodate the to-go portion they have about 10 parking spaces reserved up front.
They’ve got the food preparation and to-go portion managed well, however, because of the limited seating people seem to walk around looking for a place to sit. Not a big deal because of how good the food is but just something to be aware of. During the warmer weather they accommodate for the limited seating with outdoor seating.
(January 18, 2020, 5:46 pm)I’ve had several not so pleasant experiences at this location (i.e raw chicken) but Taylor, one of the managers, made it so much better!! She is incredibly kind and understanding! She is a prefect example of leadership! Amazing job Taylor!! -Mia

(October 10, 2018, 8:35 am)I have placed a to-go pick up order from this location and have placed a delivery order. The delivery order arrived on time and the order was correct. No complaints. The pick-up order was about 1 minute late, but that is not too bad seeing as how it was a peak lunch time. They seemed to have a staff of about 10 people working on to-go orders which was impressive. The food was good and a good temperature.
