Tim Hortons

Today i went to the Tim Hortons at victoria avenue, and i got wrong coffee and this location was on my way, went there and I asked to replace my coffee to one of the team member , i guess she was on training because she had training badge on, then she called her supervisor to handle my complaint and replacement. Supervisor her name was Mandip, i might wrong to spell her name, she was happy to replace my coffee that was really nice, she apologized for wrong coffee even she didn't do anything wrong about mine coffee. really impressed by the customer service.

If you are a tea lover i would say Tim has amazing options however my all time favorite is steep tea

This branch is the best Chase branch ever. I have been with Chase for close to 18 years.

Great location for both walk in and drive thru and it was not too busy. The staff were pretty friendly. Good place to go if staying in that area to go to a few times.

Had a very good experience opening up an account with this bank. Was hesitant using such a large banking firm for the first time - but they made the whole thing very easy, and the customer service was great the entire time even though I was very thorough and asked a lot of questions. To anyone looking to use Chase I highly recommend this location and an agent by the name of Steve whom treated me very well throughout the entire process.

I work for a retail company and I'm probably one of the most annoying customers they get with deposits/cash exchanges and things like that. They are always friendly and never complain. Would definitely recommend to any business looking to change banks.
