“I stopped here with my mom for lunch and I wish I took photos. The café is clean and easy to find a spot to sit. The prices are a tad high but you're paying for convenience. I shared a ham and cheese sandwich and a brownie with my mom and both were delicious. 🥪 It wasn't crowded like most places near Niagara and that was nice.”

“The Starbucks from skylon tower is absolutely great. The service I received ordering my regular cold brew iced coffee was splendid. I've seen reviews about the pricing and although it is expensive it is a tourist area and Starbucks can be pricy anyways so just keep that in mind but other then that it's an amazing team they have. They never forget my order and always treat me with care. 10/10, recommend passing by for a visit.”

“Recently I stopped in for a espresso. I was helped by a very personable woman, Bethany. Finally found a Starbucks without an attitude. You know what I mean. Just because they have high prices doesn’t mean that their heads have to be in the clouds. This is what I’ve experienced elsewhere. Bethany was polite and gracious. She actually said thank you to me. Which is a very rare thing to hear. She makes killer espresso shots! Stop by the place!”

“Nice coffee, but place needs some design. Oh, well, you don't have a design at your store at all. You have simply white walls, not a great sitting area, not a nice lighting, you have one piece of art - a portrait of a man, not sure who he is, I am sure he means something to you, but generally speaking it is not a great place for this portrait. I liked your food and coffee, I believe you can attract more customers if you talk to a professional designer. Good luck to you!”

“Panera is a great restaurant and this location delivered on the quality expected. I gave it four stars because of the limited size and the limited parking. This location is about one third the size of a normal Panera, so be prepared that seating is limited. With the amount of offices around this location it seems to cater to the to-go orders instead of people dining-in. To accommodate the to-go portion they have about 10 parking spaces reserved up front. They’ve got the food preparation and to-go portion managed well, however, because of the limited seating people seem to walk around looking for a place to sit. Not a big deal because of how good the food is but just something to be aware of. During the warmer weather they accommodate for the limited seating with outdoor seating.”
