“Dr & Mrs Bhagirath are two of the most kind, considerate, helpful people our family has ever came across. Our daughter is now at an age she has to switch to a regular family daughter. Dr Bhagirath was on call the night she was born 16 years ago, and he helped her stay in Niagara Falls under his care, she was to get sent to sick kids but he wanted to work with her during the night, thankfully under his professional care she was improving tremendously. We want to thank Dr Bhagirath for his years of care with Ava, we are very fortunate to have him still care for our two other children. Thank you again Dr Bhagirath. You're one of a kind. Dr. Frizzell removed two Eye teeth and one other from of the front of my mouth and was concerned at every move to make sure that there was no pain and that I was ok. “Dr. Mactavish has been my family doctor for many years, and every year I like her more. She takes time with each of her patients and makes them feel acknowledged and heard, and on many occasions she has gone out of her way to make her patients feel cared for. Sure you might have to wait a while before your appointment, but you will be met with a kind smile and demeanor and never feel rushed out of the office. I've had panic/anxiety issues for for many years, to the point that the thought of taking anxiety medication made me too anxious to do so. Dr. Mactavish has made me feel so assured that finally I am taking the medications that I need and am feeling much better for it. If it wasn't for her kindness and her genuine caring for each of her patients I wouldn't be where I am today. I just wanted to give a shout out to the best dr I've ever had! (Oh, and did I mention I moved out of Niagara and will make the 4hr commute there and back just to see her for an appointment??? Yes, she is that good.) 10/10 would recommend”

“Great place, very clean, quick service. I've only been attending for a short time and I'm quite pleased with them. The Dr I see regularly is great and very professional. They have a blood lab on-site which is also phenomenal. I just wish they would answer the phone more often. I've spent days where I call in many times throughout the morning and afternoon and it's never answered. There was, I think, one day where the phone was answered. (I've been calling to confirm the lab's open hours but can't seem to get through, it goes to a recorded message asking to call back in 15 mins. I've also tried calling the lab's 800# but they're not better, cannot get an answer with them either).”

“Sometimes avoiding health issues isn't the wisest approach but I was finally convinced to visit Niagara Family Footcare awhile back. I'd been dealing with the pain of a plantar wart for 30 plus years. Yes, that's correct. You can imagine how thick and large the wart had become and the difficulties it can cause when directly on the ball of your foot. Well the team of Steven and Emma got to it and dedicated their expertise to tackling this thing. It was stubborn enough that the experience should go in a medical journal but now I'm finally without the thing! The entire team is so friendly and professional that I actually miss the place. But not the wart.”
