“I had my 20 week anatomy scan today, and Couldn't have been more happy with the ultrasound technician I had. His name Was Henry.B He was so polite, friendly, and professional. He was very accommodating, and made sure I was comfortable during the ultrasound. He noticed I was having issues laying flat on my back and without hesitation, he tilted the top part of the bed forward. This is my second pregnancy, and never recieved that treatment from any of the ones I've had in the past. I can just imagine how many other patients left feeling the same way.”

“TWO STARS NOW. Following hospitalization, a misunderstanding, admittedly on my part, resulted & I was cut from the Sunday Subscription Church list. I have not had a ride to and from Church since last May; whenever I call I'm told they can't find anything for me. In the sunshine, I took to riding on my own so happy for the opportunity! But since October, it has rained & over time, chilled. I still am in and out of hospital like many others. And like others with compromised health, 25 mn. each way, in a power chair, at 64 yrs old, in the cold rain? Gosh, not long ago that would have been a delight! Worship in community is the crux of my soul. I miss them. They matter to me. Now, it is winter. I am bewildered & saddened.”

“I have recently looked into purchasing accessories for my 2020 Honda Pilot and called Hamburg to ensure their able to get the parts. I have managed to connect with Charlie their parts manager and he was absolutely amazing. I love their customer service at this dealership. Charlie took his time to ensure I had the best experience, and I did. Upon pickup, I inspected their work and it was exactly I had thought it would be. I love my Pilot and I love Hamburg Honda. They were randomly shutting on and off or just go out completely. I spoke with Charlie, Clint and Honda Canada regarding my issues and they were more than understanding. As a matter of fact they went above and beyond to ensure I stayed happy with Honda and Hamburg. I replaced the lights with the floor board and added roof racks. I am extremely happy with the outcome. “I was with Scotia Bank for about 12 years or so. I had nothing but problems. When I would cash checks they would hold them. The checks came from work. (Yes my work is old school) when I would do my taxes it would be cashed once a year. No holds. The reason why "they didn't know if I was taking a pic and cashing it, so it had to clear" if that was the case then every check should have been held. Including Government checks, and tax returns. I switched over to RBC and they made me feel welcomed. The service is 50× better then Scotia. I find the staff more friendly, upbeat and respectful. RBC was a great choice to switch banks and I would suggest to do so. Stay away from Scotia Bank at all cost. They have rules that make no sense and are not consistent. No holds now since I have switched.”

We ordered a large jerk chicken, and like the reviews before us promised, it was tender and fell off the bone. Curry chicken and stewed pork was also delicious, but the latter was not as tender. Only the frozen vegetables were underwhelming so I would opt for the coleslaw side. Don’t leave without trying the beef patty! It’s the best we’ve ever had. Our party of 4 spent around $60 after tax and tip, which is reasonable in the Niagara touristy region.”
