The owner makes many helpful suggestions for toys and accessories even letting us bring our dog in the shop to try things out before we buy. You can tell the business owners care about their customers and are big dog lovers themselves. We visited earlier today to get a special toy and bandana for our little guy and we are very happy with our purchase (Moose is too!).”

“It's very hard to find a contractor in this region who can deliver quality but won't cost you an arm and a leg. Unlike some builders/contractors, Shawn does not charge a mark up on materials and he would even work with our own vendors. But his best quality is his honesty and the commitment of "a deal is a deal". He would not quote you a price and threw you a surprised bill two third into a job, holding you hostage. Any additional charge, he would clear with us and get a sign off. To him, it's about making customer happy. If there is a problem, he would come back and fix it. To make a customer happy and get a referral is more satisfied to him than money.”
