I bought a sprayer second hand , 6 years ago (not from them) and they continue to give me the time and service AND parts (which they almost always have in stock) as if I bought it brand new from them yesterday . I am a small vineyard , a blip in their business, likely never to buy the big gear they sell. But they always have time for me , even when they are working on bigger projects.
