“This place was very accommodating and their office was open when I showed up late afternoon (surprised other places weren't). Wonderful staff that were helpful and very friendly. They even gave recommendations. Rooms were nice and clean - older building as I expected it to be, but they've modernized the tv which I haven't seen in more expensive places. I didnt try the jacuzzi but I should've. The stay was well worth my money.”

“This motel has had a major turn around! Though some of the rooms are still dated the are slowly updating. For reason I can not get into, The owners and Manager have a heart of gold We had a very clean room and the service was outstanding!! The manager of the property ( I believe her name is Shirley) is salt of the earth. She offered to bring her personal fire pit so we could cook s'mores with my niece. She brought sparklers over for all the kids that were playing on the front lawn. How cool. We have not had better treatment at a 5 Star and we travel a lot. If we ever need a room in the Port Colborne area again we WILL be staying at Seaway.”
