It's very rare to see world-champion caliber fighters training in the same room as recreational beginners. Its a super friendly environment for anyone looking to have fun and stay fit. A welcoming environment from little ninja to professional athlete. The coaching staff is extreamly knowledgeable across a wide range of mixed martial arts and super approachable. Our son joined in the first couple weeks of opening and the opportunities that followed has been incredible. The entire family are now members.

My kids have been to another Martial Arts school before and it doesn't compare to Niagara Top Team. This place is great with kids(9yr/girl and 7yr/boy) , very thorough, and most off all as soon as my kids walk off the Mat they love it ! My kids are 3 weeks in and ove what they are learning.
Great way to burn off some energy and learn some great self defence skills!
