“Very happy with emergency room care. I waited a little to long to bring my daughter in because I was afraid of long wait but as soon as we walked in the nurse at front desk, Isaac, took one look at her at started to help her. He expedited the triage and alerted the doctor to her needs all while still attending to people at front desk of ER. The doctors, nurses, blood work nurse and ultrasound technician all provided prompt and kind treatment. It was obvious they were all extremely busy, they never stopped, the nurses practically running but every interaction we had or that I overheard was kind and professional. I thank them all for their care and feel very reassured that we have good people working in the ER. I think they need more supports so that they don't have to keep that pace up continuously, its not fair to them.”

“I went in via ambulance and needed to stay overnight on IV and heart monitor. The doctors, nurses, and paramedics made sure I was in good health, and were very kind to me. I felt very safe and cared for, which was a first in a while because I live alone. The nurse that did my blood work and IV was amazing, no pain at all. Went in at 7pm and was gone by 11am. It made me sad to see how often the staff here get yelled at. Obviously the emergency room wait time is pretty long but you have to understand they will treat the most urgent patients first.”

“Dr Amin has performed many surgeries, all successful on my collapsed ear drum since I was a child. Even decade later she is still my specialist and I saw her today for a re collapsed ear drum. Shes excellent with kids, shes thorough and explains well. She is very talented and really knows what shes talking about. The hearing test specialist was very empathetic and soft spoken and kind. While her reception area is difficult to get a hold of via phone and her receptionist abit curt, it is all to run a successful clinic as they do. Strict rules on no food and drink in clinic. There should be an attached a video I took of how to get to her door from the entrance as she is in a building with many others. In short, I would highly recommend Dr Amin, she herself is spectacular and talented ears nose and throat specialist regardless of how put off you may be by her stern reception.”

“Went there last night for a sprained wrist. Everyone was nice and polite. For me the system was really ok, cos I’ve seen worst systems. It’s just a matter of the long waiting time ( we came in at 7pm and left at 12 midnight) But everything went well. I just hope there’s also a way to pay for the parking at the parking lot or online. Kudos to everyone at NHS for working so hard.”
