We did some groceries and were able to cook , relax and enjoy. The hot tub is the best thing ever. Everything was sparkling clean. “Conveniently located next to the highway and yet we couldn’t hear it. Comfortable beds, good quality towels, view of the river… great value for money. Good central location for us as we were there to explore the wineries, the falls and the surrounding areas. Staff were friendly and informative. Morning refreshments of fresh juice and muffins provided.”

“Can't say enough about how good this hotel is. The location is great. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Be aware that busses full of students and church groups sometimes stay here, so the pool may be a little busy and noisy. But the staff handles them like a champ. The gym is small but it has the necessary, regular equipment to get a decent workout. The common areas are maintained cleaned. The rooms are quiet. The breakfast was usually well stocked with the regular items (eggs, ham-egg-cheese sandwiches, bagels, cereal, milk, etc). The free ice cream in the afternoon really makes a difference. It is a little detail, but it really wins over the little ones in the group.”

“I lived in these apartments for a year and although it was sometimes difficult to get in touch with management, generally my experience was good. My oven developed a gas leak halfway through our lease and we were not charged to replace it, although it did take a week for them to get a new oven. Neighbors are polite and friendly, I never felt unsafe in this complex. There is lots of green space out front and porches on the complexes if you like to spend time outdoors. Aside from the oven, I never had any maintenance issues and only $12 was taken from our security deposit because of damage to blinds that very likely happened due to my cat. My one recommendation is to just stay on top of management if you need something, and they will get back to you eventually!! Smaller maintenance requests were always fulfilled within 24 hours. If you're looking for an affordable apartment to live in Highland Park, this is a good option! One final caveat is that parking enforcement in the lots behind the complex is slim to none, and people will often double park in the lots. Most people who park in the lots live there, but not necessarily all of them. Honestly, just street park your car, it's not worth it to fight for a spot. I've seen several instances of damaged cars because they were double parked in the lots.”

“I lOVE IT. The entrance to the hotel was spotless, and the check-in was very fast and efficient. The room had an amazing. The room itself was nice, exactly what I expected for the price. We requested a room with a sofa bed and it was really good. swimming pool was awesome with the BBQ. Even we asked for drinks and they got there for us That was so sweet and nice from them. Also the location it's a perfect location that's right off a trade of the highway and it's not even 20 minutes from Niagara Falls”
