Much better than the St.Catharines ‘s location. This location even offers a clothing section.

Hit and miss. I find things are either over priced, or great deals. Some things are cheaper in a retail store or on sale. And with a big purchase there's no warranty so you have to really look through the box to make sure a component isn't missing. I bought a beautiful sink which was sealed shut so I assumed it would be tact, but it was missing the accessories (cutting board and strainer, and yes, the box said they came with it) so try replacing THAT. In their defense, I'm from out of town so it would be a pain to deal with so I didn't even bother to call to complain, so I cant say what the outcome would have been.

Jodie and her team worked to help us donate a large amount of quality furniture, framed paintings, ornaments and other household items (including outdoor furniture with cushions, rakes, shovels, gardening tools, a string edger, a wheelbarrow, a working treadmill, and 2 leaf blowers and more!). They came to the house with a big truck (2x) and were most helpful and upbeat! We feel great being able to donate to a great cause and get a significant tax receipt for my father in law to boot. We are very happy that Jodie and her colleagues were prepared and able to give us excellent service.

I came here with my wife because she was raving about the St. Catherine's store by her work and wanted to check out this one. I wasn't expecting much but the scenery of the place really made it feel more than just a thrift store. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and the amount of variety for such low prices was truly impressive. I ended up purchasing a dresser, and a comforter for my eldest daughter and that purchase was under 100 dollars! Great store, highly recommend!
