“Took my old Merc outboard in to be fixed. Turned out that after many hours of labour and hundreds of dollars in new parts, there were more issues internally that just weren’t worth fixing. The ended up waving all parts and labour and took $500 off a newer used 9.9 that runs great. Communication is a little lacking but if you are close by drop in and they are great to deal with.”

“Hit and miss. I find things are either over priced, or great deals. Some things are cheaper in a retail store or on sale. And with a big purchase there's no warranty so you have to really look through the box to make sure a component isn't missing. I bought a beautiful sink which was sealed shut so I assumed it would be tact, but it was missing the accessories (cutting board and strainer, and yes, the box said they came with it) so try replacing THAT. In their defense, I'm from out of town so it would be a pain to deal with so I didn't even bother to call to complain, so I cant say what the outcome would have been.”

“These guys are true professionals. I purchased a dodge grand caravan from them and my experience from beginning to end was very satisfying. The vehicle was better than advertised and they were upfront and honest about the cost to repair any deficiencies required for safety. I had a no start when I stopped for coffee A kind stranger offered to assist and tried to boost me I kinda of figured it was the starter. I was referred to Thorold Auto Parts By the gentleman who assisted me. The car got towed 30 minutes later I got a call from John and Derrick. “Just had Steve and his crew finish my flat roof! They pulled the old roof and trusses, replaced everything! The roof was 12 feet by 20 feet. Everything new from the trusses, sheathing, drip edge and torch down membrane. Also the gutter with the leaf guard and downspout. They did it in less than a day and a half!!
