“Easily the best car buying experience I've encountered! Noteably great customer service! Purchased a used vehicle and I live 5 hours away from Welland and I wanted to ensure everything was in good order. The salesman was friendly and welcoming, all questions were answered promptly via email or telephone and all concerns were addressed before I picked up the vehicle. No hidden fees, no getting the run around and jumping through hoops to come to a price. Extremely fair pricing when comparing what else was out there in the market. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle it was cleaner than described. I had an issue arise with the vehicle 2 months later and I called the dealer to address it expecting them to brush it off and take no responsibility. Boy was I ever surprised!!! The used car manager was extremely personable and exceeded my expectations with addressing the problem. Gave me several options, was quick with responses and true to his word! They stood behind their product and I would highly recommend!”

“I was at work and was rear ended in my parking space. Called Intact Insurance and they directed me to CSN Glen-Merrit Collision. The Glen-Merrit team members were frriendly and professional to help me understand what they needed to do, to get me back into my vechile. It took a little longer than I liked, but we were near a stat holiday and parts had to be ordered, so that was the delay. The Glen-Merrit Team worked quickly to get my vechile back together and match the paint seamlessly and an added bonus of wiping my car clean. Thankyou”

The only fault I can say is when asked if I needed a certificate of my results I had said no then tried to contact the pharmacy with a change of heart and received no response. The nicest and kindest staff, they took the time to help us, put the glove in the steamer and made sure everything was in good shape. “Lots of selection in my size (women's 11), which is great! When you have big feet, you don't always get a choice ;) Good prices, too. I found a pair of winter boots, but needed another size. The man at the desk (sorry, I don't know his name, but he was great, very helpful and professional!) phoned around to the other stores in the area and got my size. He called me 2 days later and I went to pick them up. The boots are really nice, waterproof leather with good treads. While I was there, I found a pair of Sketchers runners, they fit great and are so comfy. Washable, too. I will definitely be going back!”
