“I was blown away by the kindness shown at this store. They were very helpful to all customers and even put on a mask when they saw my son and I had ours on. It took us a while to pick out what we wanted and they were very patient with us. We saw them help customers carry items to their cars while we found our items. There was even a price mix-up and they gave us the lower price. The homemade dog cookies are also super cute! I'm definitely making a point to go here when I need pet supplies, I hope you'll check out this store too!”

Purchased a used vehicle and I live 5 hours away from Welland and I wanted to ensure everything was in good order. No hidden fees, no getting the run around and jumping through hoops to come to a price. Extremely fair pricing when comparing what else was out there in the market. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle it was cleaner than described. I had an issue arise with the vehicle 2 months later and I called the dealer to address it expecting them to brush it off and take no responsibility. Boy was I ever surprised!!!
