(August 31, 2021, 10:27 am)I’ve worked here for 32 years. In that time I’ve seen a lot of ups and downs for the most part Stanpac is great place, I consider some of my coworkers family. Stanpac has grown from a company of 50 people to a company of more people than I know. People come and go. This is a place were good people get noticed and can move up if that’s what they want. You can earn a paycheque here. Expectations of employees are show up, do the best you can, follow procedures and most of all work safe.
(November 10, 2018, 1:39 pm)Stanpac treats its employees like family. I have been working for Stanpac for 5 years now and I am amazed on how well they have treated me. Since my first day, I felt that people at Stanpac got out of their way to make me feel included and always made sure I was safe and comfortable with what I was doing. Best company ever to work for!
