I am so appreciative of the fact that this wellness centre opened because the remote nature of Smithville, usually means everything has be taught outside of town. Now I can get the care I need , quickly and right around the corner! Owner is truly a fantastic human who pours her heart into her business and her Community. Staff are extremely welcoming and caring and make an effort to get to know you. The studio is brand new and beautiful, bright clean and has a great chill vibe. Love this place !”

“It's the only gym in town as far as I know but its very good. Open 24/7 and never that busy you need to wait for something for very long. Bathrooms are always clean and they have tanning available as well. Wish they had some larger dumbbells though as they only go up to 100Lbs currently.”
