They did a report and assured us they would help get us across the border Harry went as far as giving us his personal cell phone number to call him when we crossed the border. “I was on a bike ride and got a flat, as I was changing my inner tube a bunch of cops showed up to deal with some issue in the area. Meanwhile it turns out my spare tube also had a hole in it and I was pretty far from home. I was calling CAA at this point, but before I spoke to them, and as the cops were leaving one of the cops pulled up and asked if I was alright, I explained the situation and he offered to give me a ride to a nearby bike shop. He did not have to do this, but it was very much appreciated.”
