There was a house listed well above what it should have been, they could have said it was a good price and I would have made the offer and bought it. But they looked into comparisons, were honest about what the house should have been at, and I didn't buy the house because of that. Eventually I found one that was even better with a more realistic asking price and am much happier for it. They were very accommodating with my difficult work schedule; my house closed four days ago and I still haven't seen it in the light.. they were really good with seeing houses when I could get there. “Lived here for almost two years, 2021-22. The management team when I first moved in, with the exception of the maintenance staff, were awful - rude and generally useless. Following a sewage back up and consequent flood in my apartment due to lack of sewer maintenance (a problem they were already aware of due to neighbours having had the same issue before my arrival), I was left very much out of pocket and even though a basic clean up was carried out by the property managers, I lost personal items and had to pay for expensive hotels during a peak time of year. The response was "That's why you have insurance" and I was handed a paltry sum towards the hotel stay that didn't even cover a quarter of my expenses. This previous management is why the property still has such terrible review ratings. The old management vanished under vague circumstances at the beginning of 2022 and the change was incredible. The new property managers live on site and have implemented many changes in the few months since taking over - new windows throughout, better laundry facilities, lobby refurbishments and litter is picked up every day. They are cheery and polite and extremely helpful and I can't praise their attitude enough. Maintenance issues are generally attended to on the same day (often within an hour) and the property is well looked after. My only gripe and the reason I am giving 4/5 stars is that as of my vacating my apartment at the end of December 2022, the sewer issue that caused me so many problems in September 2021, and left me in fear of leaving my apartment for long periods, had still not been resolved.”
