“Nothing but AMAZING Support from FCC Niagara, after a negative experience with Pathstone and them only offering 5 30 minute virtual sessions with a BA Counsellor, we were able to refer to the FCC which was able to offer 10 In Person Sessions for 50 minutes with a MSW, RSW level Therapist. She was amazing - Tina, was able to put in effective crisis plans, heal past trauma and truly leave me able to self manager which is the point of social work, Pathstone was not able to do this in nearly 8 years of service. “Domino's is our go-to for pizza, both because they offer a gluten-free crust that isn't terrible and because they make really delicious pizza. The reason I'm not giving them 5 stars, however, is that I have observed them using the same pizza slicer for both gluten-free and regular pizzas on multiple occasions. I have brought up my concerns with their team, and was given an apology and an assurance that it would not happen again. Unfortunately, I observed it again this past week. I again brought it to the staff's attention, and they immediately apologized and re-made the pizza for me. This was an acceptable resolution, but my concern is that the message doesn't seem to be getting through. If I hadn't been in the store when they were coming out of the oven, it would've been bad news for the gluten-intolerant person in our family. Anyway, it's still great pizza and the best gluten-free option available. I guess I'll just have to make sure I'm always there to watch them cut it? Not great.”

“I am not religious but this church has helped me get winter boots one year when I had no money for any. They also have a thrift shop with very affordable prices for lower income people. The thrift shop even offer something to eat if needed. This is what I always thought Christianity should be like. Super nice people ❤”

“I went with my two close friends from Sunday to Wednesday. The resort is very nice, especially if you’ve got young kids, as the waterpark is small and a bit juvenile but still enjoyable overall. They’ve got two slides, a wave pool, a kiddie pool, a hot tub and a play structure. The rooms are clean, well kept, and spacious. They do not really have complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash besides the a 3-in-one dispenser on the shower wall, but otherwise the rooms were great. You don’t interact much with staff, but when you do they’re all very kind and polite. Overall a good stay & experience, I would come back 👍🏻”

“Both of my children attended Fonthill Montessori starting at 18 months. The care and support that they have given my kids is absolutely amazing. My kids have been given such a strong foundation as they continue on their education journeys. Fonthill Montessori works closely with various resources throughout Niagara which was so helpful for us as speech therapy and OT services were needed for my kids which I might not have known as a first time parent. We can't say enough positives and would recommend this amazing team to anyone!”

“Went to this place on a whim on our way back to Toronto from a tulip farm in Niagara. An absolute gem! Amazing staff gave us a great experience and of course the food was top notch. The lobster tater tots are amazing, as are the crispy potatoes served with most of the brunch options. Honestly the crispy potatoes may be the best version of home fries and/or wedges I've ever had. Incredibly crispy and tender inside. Would definitely stop by again if I'm in the area”

“I have worked at Valley Park Lodge for 5 years as the Charge RN. I have been a Registered Nurse for 25 years and have been in many LTC facilities both personally and professionally. Valley Park Lodge has very loving, caring PSWs and registered staff including management who take care of the residents within the Ministry Guidelines. During this Pandemic Valley Park lodge has a record of ZERO RESIDENTS affected by COVID. This is largely due to the cautious and caring staff who adjusted our own lives to ensure the residents were and remain safe till today. Staff also must be diligent in precautions and care to uphold this statistic. I am writing this review in response to a prior review to ensure that the public are aware of the real story and not the story of a disgruntled employee that I will not comment any further about as I will remain professional and kind.”

“I was blown away by the kindness shown at this store. They were very helpful to all customers and even put on a mask when they saw my son and I had ours on. It took us a while to pick out what we wanted and they were very patient with us. We saw them help customers carry items to their cars while we found our items. There was even a price mix-up and they gave us the lower price. The homemade dog cookies are also super cute! I'm definitely making a point to go here when I need pet supplies, I hope you'll check out this store too!”

“Our truck broke down late on a Sunday afternoon, we were 4 hours from home and this was the only place we could find open with a mechanic on duty. They went out of their way to get parts and get it repaired before they closed. Exceptional customer service, the mechanic was great, and they even helped keep our dog from getting bored while we waited. Highly recommend this Canadian Tire.”
