Best moving experience I’ve had. The team showed up on time and ready to work. The quote was exactly how much I paid for the move and there were no hidden fees. All of the workers were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend using this company.

This company was outstanding beyond measure. In all honesty I was indeed quite worried about moving houses, especially considering that my furniture was extremely fragile and pretty expensive. I have moved over 6 times in my life and I have never ever had a move go so smoothly. Since the very start when I spoke to Connor on the phone he was extremely reassuring and careful to assist me in every need and concern I had. He wasn’t on a rush to get off the phone, asked valuable questions, and made sure that all of my furniture was to be taken care of diligently on the move day. He also made sure to accommodate what day and time I need, what truck size, and much more.

The movers gave me a call a few days before moving day and an hour before coming on moving day, just to ensure that the timing was still good for me and that nothing had surprisingly come up in my schedule that might impede on the move. The movers even offered to get me a coffee or some breakfast on the way to my house and were extremely polite and well-mannered. Once they arrived to my door they all pleasantly introduced themselves and explained every step of the move before hand to keep me in the loop and alleviate any stress, questions, or concerns that I had.

Not only were they extremely diligent and safe when wrapping every single piece of my furniture (to the point that none of my furniture was even exposed at all), but they did it in record time!!! They were even faster than other companies I have used who didn’t wrap my furniture AND they were cheaper!!!!

Moving companies typically make excuses for everything and have hidden charges and worst of all they do mot take care of your furniture. This company really shows that all you need is a few good charactered individuals to make a humongous difference in the service. I am so impressed at these young men and such the level of professionalism they showed.

If you are tired of bad moving companies in the GTA then I beg you to call West Atlantic Moving. You will be with the movers for pretty much a full day so it is imperative that you choose this outstanding group of individuals to surround yourself around. Trust me, they are worth every dollar.

Helped me and my three roommates move out of our place in the East end. It was a last minute move so we were less than organized, but they handled all of our things without complaint! Super knowledgable and friendly, got in and out quickly but without rushing in any way. They even disassembled and reassembled furniture as needed. Definitely made our move one thousand per cent less stressful. Can’t recommend enough :) .
